Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Leora does with your information. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Things you create in the app — your affirmations, notes, intentions, favourites and listening history. These are stored on your device. TODO: if you add iCloud sync, accounts or a backend, this sentence stops being true and must be rewritten.

Purchase information. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active. We never see your card details — Apple does not share them with us.

Diagnostics. Apple may share aggregated crash and performance data with us if you have opted in to sharing it with developers, in your iOS privacy settings. This is not linked to your identity. TODO: if you add an analytics or crash-reporting SDK, name it here and say what it collects.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for your name, address or phone number.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not use your content to advertise to you.

Children

Leora is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Because your content is stored on your device, you control it directly: deleting the app removes it. If that ever changes, you will have the right to access, correct, export and delete anything we hold, and to withdraw consent — under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the CCPA as applicable. Third parties

Apple processes your purchase and may process diagnostics, under Apple's own privacy policy. TODO: list any other third-party service the app talks to — analytics, audio hosting, a backend — or say explicitly that there are none.

Security

Data held on your device is protected by iOS. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not hold a central store of personal data that could be breached.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
