These terms are an agreement between you and TODO: LEGAL ENTITY NAME ("we", "us") covering your use of the Leora app. By downloading or using Leora you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
What Leora is
Leora is a personal-development app for affirmations, subliminal audio and manifestation practice. It is a tool for reflection and habit-building.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Leora only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Subscriptions and payment
- Leora offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
TODO: confirm the exact price, period and trial length, and make sure they match App Store Connect. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.
Your content
Anything you write in the app — your own affirmations, notes and intentions — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. Where it is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
Our content
The audio, text, artwork and design in Leora belong to us or our licensors. You may use them personally inside the app. You may not resell, redistribute or republish them, or extract the audio for use elsewhere.
Fair use of the app
Please do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or its services, or use it to do anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the app. We will not knowingly remove a paid feature during a period you have already paid for without offering a remedy.
Liability
Leora is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
